Terms of service

Overview

This online store is operated by Family Harvest Foods using Shopify. These Terms of Service apply when you browse the store, place an order or use an enabled service. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Products and prices

We aim to describe products, pack sizes and prices accurately. The store currently offers a 100g sample pouch for £8 and a 1kg bag for £33. Images are illustrative and natural products may vary in appearance.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not prevent us from cancelling an order where payment is not authorised, information is materially incorrect or fulfilment is not possible. If a cancelled order has been charged, the relevant payment will be refunded.

Subscriptions

The eligible 1kg option can be ordered monthly with a 5% discount. Subscription charges repeat on the schedule shown at checkout until the subscription is paused or cancelled using the customer account tools, subject to any order already processed. Delivery

Available delivery services, charges and estimates are shown at checkout for the delivery address. See the Shipping policy for current guidance.

Returns

Cancellation, return and refund information is set out in the Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or submit false, unlawful or harmful information.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy policy, Privacy Charter and Cookie Notice.

Changes

We may update these terms as the store, services or legal requirements change. The version displayed on the site applies from its stated update date.
