Cancellation policy

Eligible product

The monthly subscription applies only to the 1kg bag of Whole Lemongrass Herbal Tea. It includes a 5% discount from the current one-time price shown when the subscription is created. The 100g pouch is not included.

Recurring schedule and payment

Subscription orders recur monthly. The payment method saved for the subscription is charged when each eligible recurring order is processed. Taxes and delivery charges, where applicable, are shown through the subscription and checkout experience.

Managing or cancelling

Use the subscription controls in your customer account to review, pause or cancel future recurring orders. Make changes before the next processing date shown in the account. A cancellation does not reverse an order that has already been processed.

Price or service changes

If a material subscription term changes, the store will provide the notice required by applicable law and the subscription platform.
