Delivery options

Available delivery services, charges and any estimates are calculated at checkout for the delivery address. Family Harvest Foods does not publish an unconfirmed flat rate, free-delivery threshold, postcode promise, weekend service or next-day cut-off on this page.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, use the link supplied with the order, the customer account, or the order-tracking option in site chat. Automated email or text updates depend on the delivery service and the tracking details provided at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please review the delivery address before submitting an order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned.

Delays and delivery issues

Carrier estimates are not guarantees. For a delayed or missing parcel, check the tracking information first and then use the self-service options in Self-Service Help.
